When does growth slow down?

At what age do babies/toddler's growth slow down where they don't need a new size of clothes every 2-3 months or so?

DS is 7.5 months and has been growing like a weed. He is really tall and chubby and outgrows his clothes really fast. He's already wearing size 12-18 months. He has a lot of 12-18 months and 18-24 months clothes for the fall and at least the early winter. I really don't want to have to buy him too much more!!

I'm just wondering when he will start wearing a size for longer than a month

For the past 3 months she's been wearing the same size (she's 13 months now). When she started cruising/walking she got so much skinnier! She was such a chub until about 9 months but she's thinned out SO much since then.

I was wondering this myself, but DD grows sloooowly. She is a peanut at 6.5 months and she is solidly in 3-6 months or 6 months in Carters. She also fits into some 0-3 onesies. I put her in two bigger dresses which I got away with minus the diaper cover that is huge, otherwise it all looks ridiculous on her. I am wondering what size I should buy for the fall!

My dd is 11 months and I think she has been in 12 months or 6-12 months clothes for a long time(the whole summer) and they still fit her fine and some of the pants are even too long and loose at the waste.

DS started wearing 24 months at 9 months, but stayed in that for 4 months until he moved to 2T, which he's been in for 3 months now.
