how do you hang your strapless dresses?
I have cocktail dresses that are strapless and have those little fabric straps sewn in that I am hanging on the hanger but it's disfiguring the gowns! You know, its like sagging in the middle but the ends are pointing up? I'm sure this is not good for the fabric. How do you hang yours to prevent this? I'm hesitant to use the hangers with clips because that damages fabric too.

I keep them on the same hanger that they come back from the cleaners on. If I didnt get it dry cleaned, then I just use the hangers with the clips.

I use hangers with clips for "light weight" dresses. For delicate fabric I use "foam" on the fabric before putting the clips
OR I fold them half way on then hanger. Usually by the waist line or seam.
