Anthropologie
I loooove that store and a lot of the clothing in there, but it's just too expensive for me
I do find some things on the sale racks, but in general i stay away from the store because i can't justify spending $78 on a flimsy little shirt.
Any other thoughts on places that have cute clothing like that?
I'm on the larger size (14-16), so stores like Forever 21 don't help me much

Forever 21 does have a extended size line called Faith 21. But it's nothing like Anthropologie, I love that entire store from clothes to home.

Urban Outfitters Inc run Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People. Not exactly the same clothes but it's worth looking at all of them.
Free People is discounted at Nordstrom Rack. Anthro sales are sometimes way better in stores than online.
You could also check modcloth.com for dresses. Haven't bought anything from them (so I don't know about sizing) and some things are overpriced there too but also worth a look.
