Refinancing with FHA or conventional mortgage?
what did you do and why? Our mortgage broker is pushing FHA backed mortgages...just wondering why the push!!!

NO FHA!!! We want to refi to pull out of our FHA loan but since Dh's credit is still too low we can't and i am SUPER PIZZED.
Nothing wrong with FHA if that is the only option you have but once you have a FHA loan you pay PMI, you can't get a second mortgage or pull equity out in order to pay for anything so your kinda locked in.

we just refinanced, conventional 30 yr. fixed. that was what we had originally too

exactly what we have and want...but something about the pushing of FHA by the lender based on appraisels made me confused?
anybody know any more about them?
