Just this past month ( 19 months) my DD sits through "Elmo in Grouchland" when she is settling down at night ...

She loves that movie Chat Icon

Charlie was 18m when she saw her first movie in the theater. She sat through it, completely mesmerized Chat Icon

She's (almost) 27m and will watch Toy Story & A Bug's Life...and the other day she watched Horton Hears a Who...

DS is 2, and although he LOVES television, hes never actually watched a movie. I rented Cars and Bee Movie for him for our long indoor day today, we'll see what happens.

My DD still loses interest in movies after 30 min or so. She's 21 months. However, if I put the DVDs of her fave show on, she will sit and watch that for hours if I let her. (Which I don't usually- but did when my second was only a few days/weeks old)

about 15-18mo or so ... she would watch The Yellow Submarine all the way through. Most of the time she'd fall asleep but more than once by that point she'd actually make it through and ask for it again.

Right now at 2 she's all into Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure and will watch that beginning to end.

I tried to take her to see "How to train your dragon" and she really only saw about 1/4 of it. Chat Icon

So funny you posted this!! DS sat through a whole movie (Monsters, Inc.) for the first time yesterday and he will be 3 on Monday.
