Costco had a whole table of cute and very colorful tutu's! (the one on 110 in Melville).

I purchased this for my DD's 1st bday next month
I didn't receive it yet- but can't wait!! FM if you want more information (and if you want I can let you know how it is once I get it)
She's going to wear a monogramed onsie that my friend's mom is making. She is starting an ETSY shop too- just not sure if it's up yet....

i just used tiaras tutus, pics of DD in album. She was great, the tutu is gorgeous, and it came in a timely manner.
I got the tutu and a head band, there was a ribbon flower decoration for the tutu. All items are individual or can be worn together.

i used sweetiepietutus for dd's tutu. she wore a minnie mouse tutu because that was her theme.

Marshalls and Costco has tutus! Then maybe you can just get a monogrammed or #1 shirt from Etsy for them to match the tutus.
