Beyond the Rack ?
I ordered from there in July and I still haven't received my item. In fact it hasn't even shipped yet. They keep sending me updates on the order stating they are waiting to receive the item from the manufacturer and etc, but it's been 5 weeks. Isn't that a little excessive? Anyone order from there and still receive their product after an extended period of time?It's already paid for. They took the money out of my account immediately. TIA

Yes, I just got something I ordered in JUNE! It's rediculous - they shouldn't take the money until it sihps! I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered August 6th and it says 4-6 weeks for delivery

I just checked and tomorrow will be exactly 6 weeks and according to the order status it hasn't even shipped yet.

is there a customer service number to call? i dont plan to order from there again either even 2 weeks is driving me crazy
