I read something once...it was compared the various things in life to balls....
money management is a rubber ball
career is a rubber ball
social life is a rubber ball
family is glass...
and that you can try and juggle all four, but when push comes to shove, don't drop the glass, drop one of the rubber ones....

Is it easy - that's a whole different story but I do believe that it CAN be done!

I think it is possible with a lot of hard work. For me personally, I didn't want to have to choose between my career and my family. I gave up my job because I knew deep down it would have suffered because the time I would need to devote to doing it well would have taken time away from my son and I didn't want to do that.

I'm trying to be a good wife and career woman now and its not easy at all....can't wait to have kids
