Let's talk plans and permits for extensions/dormers
If you used Sierra, Larsen or Tarr's who did you use for your plans? Who did the permit with the town?
Did you use their service if they provided it or did you hire your own architect and file your own permits?

My sister (and several other people I know) used Sierra and Sierra handled the plans, permits, etc.
