Niagara Falls rave
Just back, we drove up (loooooong drive) stayed the night in a shifty hotel (but for the price the location was in the middle of everything so can't complain) and loved it. It was our first time there and I guess I didn't really know what to expect (besides a lot of water )
It's truly magnificent, and the Maid of the Mist was breathtaking. Plus the town is full of stuff to do! Felt like a mini-AC and Wildwood combo. Restaurants, casino, arcades, water park, wax museums...campy fun! The flowers are in bloom and they have the town full of gorgeous arrangements.
And a big thanks to all of you who recommended Niagara on the Lake. Went there for lunch (very close to Niagara) and it was great!

Depending on how fast you drive and traffic, it is around 7-8 hours but I have done it in 6.5
