SHould I move the ribbon on this dress?
This is orignal dress:
I found a shrug that matches even better than the black one, which actually came with the dress. But should the ribbon be up where the seam is under my breasts? The loops are where the ribbon is now, but should I move them up? Or is it fine?

I think the blue looks really nice and I would ditch the ribbon.
