I have one that I've been wanting to sell. Barely ever used it. Maybe 5 times tops.
Have the dust bag and all. I bought it off of eluxury when they sold them. It's the sonatine. FM if you are interested.

What you can do is open up a store credit card and you can get a discount that way - Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc....

the only brand I have never seen in my travels to those stores
I did get a discount when I worked at Macy's- maybe get a job there for a few weeks?

I used to work for DKNY...owned by LV, and they never go on sale. We never got our employee discount on LV (even though we would get an employee discount at other brands).

Do you have a major anniversary coming up? 
DH surprised me with an LV bag for our 5th wedding anniversary. He told me the next time I can add to the collection is on our 10th anniversary 
Or, you could be an enabler (not the best move financially though!). Entice him with a major purchase that he's always wanted and then suggest the bag for you as a treat!

thanks for the suggestions but that makes no sense. If he wanted something expensive like that it wouldn't make sense for us to spend twice the amount if I am already thinking it's too much money.
