i got a similar one... all white though at old navy of all places!
eta: weird, but i'm only seeing a similar one in maternity...
if you want, FM me and i can snap a cell phone pic of mine later - i think mine has beading on the top

Yes! I have one almost exactly the same. It's even the same color except it has gold stitching. I got it at the Van Heusen outlet in Riverhead in April and I'm pretty sure they are out of stock now.
