Potential Buyer Came 3 times...
uggh...selling a place is becoming very discouraging...I hate living the "open house" way (although it forces me to clean 1-2 times/wk). But we had a younger male come 3 times within the past 2 weeks and still nothing. Selling our co-op is making me angry
my vent is over I guess..

if it means anything to you- I visited the house 3 times b/f we made an offer- once w/ my agent, once w/ my husband, and one w/ my husband & dad
I know it is frustrating.

I looked at the house we bought 3 times befor making an offer. day 1-saw a lot of houses including this one and really like this one the best
day 2 DH and I went back to make sure we really loved it
day 3 we brought his parents- why I have no idea, but we needed reassurance we were buying a decent home 
then we submitted our offer
Maybe he will do the same  lots of house dust

I know it's annoying, but it's a good sign!
Does your realtor have any feedback about what this guy is thinking?

I saw the place 3 times also, so I guess its the same. Our realtor said "they haven't decided" She told me this today...that's all she said to me.
The situation is the guy is in his 20's and his parents are cash buyers going to give him a mortgage free place (lucky!)- She told us when they came the 2nd time that it was a little higher than the parents wanted to spend, but we are comparable to the other coops in our development plus we have a garage.

We saw the place we bought 3 times too. I would not give up hope. Just don't have your realtor do what one did to us, say oh someone just put a bid in on the house. Well we walked away from that house, and then found ours which we loved and ended up making an offer on. The other realtor then came back to us, and said oh we will lower the price, but by then we were already in contract on our home.
