1 year old - only eats baby food
I'm hoping I'm not alone with this and that I can chat over forum mail with some Mommies that have a 1 year old that will only eat baby food. My daughter just turned one yesterday and refuses to eat anything with texture, no matter what it is.
Early Intervention has been approved to assist, but it isn't starting for a few weeks and in the meantime, I'm terrified because she's eating so little (and it's just babyfood!!)
Looking for some advice from anyone going through this!!!

pureed foods don't have any less nutrients than chunky ones 
you have EI approved so you are moving in the right direction, but as long as she's eating, she's getting what she needs.

It is good you called EI. They have helped so many kids with feeding issues.
Just an FYI: My son is nearly 3 and he still eats baby food out of a jar. He eats lots of other things, but that's the only way he will eat his veggies. We chill them and he eats them like pudding. And he still eats the baby prunes to regulate his system.
