do any of you use Spanx? is it to flatted the tummy area?

Yes, Spanx do wonders!!!
I use the ones that all the way up to my right under my boob and down the thigh. . .
They come in different "strengths" of lycra depending on how much hold you need.

go to bloomies and try a ton on and see which size/fit is best for you!
