What is everyone doing for their DH on Father's Day?
I am letting DH sleep in (for as long as I can wrestle Jack off the stairs trying to wake him up!)
Then I will make him a nice big breakfast.
Every year he goes to the racetrack with his dad and brothers so I'll make the sandwiches and pack him up to have a nice day. I will take care of the boys here because there is no way he can enjoy the day chasing after a 3 year old.
When he gets home my parents (and maybe some family) will be coming over for a BBQ.
I hope everyone enjoys this beautiful day!

Well last night was spent in the ER. DH has kidney stones (was diagnosed a month ago, still has NOT passed it) so he was in massive pain last night. Sent him home saying he could still pass it  So i let him sleep in for as long as he wanted.
Then we're going to the cemetary to see our grandfathers. After that heading to my parents for a Father's day, birthday, anniversary bbq!

nothing.... he's away til tomorrow at Phish shows upstate.
I promised him a bbq for the new house. so maybe i'll do some online shopping (in my spare time) and have a few options ready for him to look at when he comes home tomorrow.

I offered to go get bagels. He ended up going. LOL He knew that he'd be with the kids if I went.
We are having a "lite" lunch with inlaws and meeting my dad and family for dinner later tonight...What does my dad pick..The Diner..LOL
We just got back from a little vacation, so, taking it easy. DH just wants to sit out on the patio and let the kids play in the water and all.

Nada!! Well, I am letting him sleep in but DH hurt his back at work, so he can barely move. He will stay home and Im taking the kids to my parents to visit with my dad.

Nothing I haven't slept in two days and am not venturing out to the store with two kids on no sleep just to get some stupid card and gift. We'll probably make him a card and give him an IOU. I just can't even think about Father's Day right now.

He slept in and I'm on DS duty all day I was about to make him b'fast but he said he'd do it. I did get the crying gift though, thank you shutterfly and the free photo album! I'm sure he'll be setting up the golf net thingy I got him shortly.
Then we're going to my rents to BBQ (his parents are away)

Letting him sleep in which I normally do anyway but I had massive insomnia last night so it's truly a gift to him today.
Either going to make breakfast or go out. Whichever he wants. Then it's off to the IL's for the afternoon.

He slept in (he usually gets up with Erik at the crack of dawn) and I made him stuffed french toast.
We're heading to my parents this afternoon for a lobsterfest & pool party (his parents will be there also).

We are in Montauk for a combined Father's Day for Chris and my dad and my Dad's 65th birthday (which is tomorrow)
He is still sleeping, then he will have a nice breakfast and (hopefully) go to the beach later then a BBQ

I made his favorite supper last night (chicken, rice and gravy). This morning I made eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and toast - and went to DD and got his favorite donut (vanilla creme filled) and an iced coffee - so breakfast.. and breakfast dessert!
I also kept the kids away from him so he could sleep in a little later. I ironed his clothes for the christening later, bought him a card, and told him that the guy is coming to tint his car windows this week (his gift).
I also have a private surprise for later.

My dh has been @ work since 5:30 & wont be home until about 7. 
I went all out on gifts this year so I really hope he likes everything! I'm going to michaels in a bit so the kids can pick out a craft to make for him.

He slept in and I made him breakfast in bed. Then the kids gave him his cards and presents (a watch and we made handprints on a BBQ apron). We are hosting everyone today so I baked some muffins, a bread, and brownies. Our families should be here for both lunch and a BBQ dinner. We will go to the pool in between.

DH woke up at the crack of dawn to play golf with his two brothers and my FIL. When he gets home, we will give him his gifts (a photo book of pictures of just DH and DS with the story told by DS, and some folding chairs with a print-out of out-door concerts for this summer). Then, this afternoon we will be going to his parents house for a BBQ (also to celebrate his brother's and mom's birthday). He will probably pass out by 8pm!

He slept in and I made him breakfast (the best I could- i'm not much of a breakfast maker, that's usually his deal). Then DD gave him her present- a t-shirt that she painted (her first experience with paint) and a 3 part picture frame of the painting fiasco. My gift to him is a watch but it was ordered and hasn't arrived yet . I plan on having it engraved with something...not sure what yet. Later we will be stopping by his dad's and then going to dinner with MIL.

my neighbor picked him up last night and took him out for dinner.
this morning, took the kids for a walk while he slept, then headed to store, josh wanted to make him pancakes.
that is it.
He leaves the first week of August for the Appalachian Trail while I am at home solo with the kids.

Brought in bagels this morning which is what he wanted for breakfast.
DS and I got him a 5 day gift certificate for a martial arts school and some chocolates.
The rest of the day we are spending at my parents.
