3rd Birthday Party Ideas Please..
DS's Birthday is the middle of August. This is the first year he is really going to "get it" so I'd like to have a nice shindig.
Please give me some ideas of places to have his party.
I thought of White Post but it's going to be hotter than Haiti's there in August...

White Post Farms. Great age for it and all of your guests can stay at the farm all day after the party ends.

We just had DD#1's 3rd birthday party today at Bouncers & Slydos. We loved it. The kids had a great time - they had a lot of newer bouncers (from the last time we were there) the kids all seemed to have a BLAST. We were very happy with them.

Ecology Center.
Plenty of shade, nice gazebo and even a pool! We did DS's there and it was great!

That's exactly what we did for the Goose & it seems a good time was had by all.
I agree though re: White Post...as you know we did a GTG last Aug & it was brutal...the kids were knocked out & didn't want out of the stroller & we were shot. We were in/out in 30 min.

NYSC in Deer Park does parties and they are running a special of $25 off any July/Aug party.
They offer swimming and a variety of other parties (games/sports etc.) or a combo. The gym is really clean and new.

Once Upon a Treetop is great for that age group. We had DD's at The Little Gym and the kids had a blast.
