anyone's DH on it?
Does it help?
I heard that if you start taking it you have to stay on it or your hair will fall out.
Is that true?

I used it when my extensions ripped all my hair out. My hair dresser did tell me not to stop using it as well. I stopped using it, but didn't notice anything falling out more than usual.
