What did you bring to beach for 5-7 month old?
I'm not sure what to bring to "keep" him in. We have a sun dome.

Pack/play with toys. I put the umbrella through a corner slot on the pack/play. It was perfect!

I was thinking that might be a good idea- thanks!! But, then I have to find something else for him to sleep in when we're in NY - hence my post looking for a porta-crib - lol!

We used our pnp at the beach last week. It was great. I have one at my house and one at my moms..We used the one from our house because we use the one at my moms all the time...

Someone gave my mom one which we don't use. I think it's an older model than our PNP. Maybe I'll take hers for the beach and use ours for him to sleep in when we're in NY.

mine in only 3 mos, but we are going tomorrow.
pack and play, plus dh bought a canopy/tent huge thing. also bringing bumbo.

Janice - I was thinking of bumbo too, so he can sit up, but I don't know if he would get so hot and gross and sweaty at the beach in it.

When DD was that small we brought her bouncy chair and had an umbrella and it was perfect... I can't believe how long ago this was
