rail/baseboard pack. The guy who did our bathroom just used PL Premium Glue and glued them right over the tiles. The trickiest part is probably cutting it to fit around the radiator, etc. Other than that, it looked pretty simple.

awesome! I never thought of doing the chair rail over the old tiles, thats a great way to avoid demolishing and sheetrocking the walls, thanks for the ideas!!!
