hamptons
where can we stay in the hamptons over looking water close to town for dinners and shopping.
its for my hubby my 10month old son and myself for 2 nights
i like a higher quality hotel than a motel
also would go to greenport but prefer the hamptons

The Sag Harbor Inn.

It has water views, it is abeautiful and pretty private--it is within walking distance to Sag Harbor Main street, Long Wharf, etc. It is also not a far drive outside of town to the Mashasimuet park (playground), and not too far to drive to the beach.
Our friends always stay there when they visit Sag Harbor (I grew up there)
