From what I remember it's a small city. We just walked around the city, went to the planetarium, and a museum, and of course a hockey game.
If you like BBQ, goto the restaurant 'Bar-B-Barn'. There are 2 locations in Montreal. I joke all the time we need to drive up to Bar-B-Barn for ribs.

My husband has been 3 times and we went there for our 1 year anniversary, early May 2009. We stayed in Marriot downtown Montreal. We loved it- we are walkers so we walked around everywhere and the restaurants are AWESOME. It was a nice city. We stayed for 4 nights which was plenty. We drove from Nassau County, it was long, but not too bad, we want to return, not anythime soon, we are having twins in 3 weeks.

Awesome DH and I are going next week for their international beer festival. We are excited. I heard its a beautiful city.
