We are going to Hershey in June for a few days & I would like to stop at the outlets.- I heard there were some outlet shopping out there, I just dont know how close to the Hershey area it is.

We stopped at the outlets on the way home from Lancaster (Dutch Wonderland) so I don't think they would be too far from Hershey...

They were really good
There is also a smaller outlet center right by Hershey Park that I know had a Carters and a White House Black Market that was GREAT

Despite it's small size, it's a good outlet center.
