looking for a tiny cardigan or shrug
i bought this really cute summer dress (spaghetti straps) at target. i totally love it... but...
i feel my arms are a little flabby, so i'd like to wear a little cardigan or shrug just so that my upper arms are covered.
where can i get such a "cover"?

I got an awesome shrug at Old Navy a few months ago... I got one in black and white. I love them so much and I went back online to order it in a neutral color and couldn't find it at all on the site! But they do have this, very similar to the ones I got:
