Do you pay them a fee?
I swear, I never felt more stupid in my life since trying to buy a home.

IDK but with bank of America we had an appraisal fee that was all...

I feel the same way you do
It's horrible, right? I literally feel like I have to have things explained to me 100 times to understand it. 
I think the fact that it's the biggest purchase of my life is making me lose brain cells.
I've literally had a knot in my stomach for weeks now and it won't go away.
I was like this when I bought my first new car, too. But this is 100x worse.

Yeah me too, I finally feel alright about things after weeks of being sick to my stomach and I already told my husband we're never moving out of the house cause I can't go through this again...

Continental is a bank so there are no fees. Likely they will sell your loan within the first 60 days to another bank, but that has no effect on your loan and fees.

Most mortgage brokers charge a fee but most will also reduce or waive it if asked. Just say your "shopping around" and the competitor offered to waive the fee.
Have a few brokers ive used if you'd like FM me - Wouldnt recommened Continental
