please i need some hugs! horrifying afternoon!
ill try to make this as short as possible...
we havent moved yet but we have been at the house all day doing work on the house. so today im there with my FIL, my dad and my dd. my mom stopped by to have lunch with us. she just got there we go in to theback yard to have lunch we didnt even sit down and we hear the biggest crash ive ever heard and then a high pitched blood curtling scream like someone died... i run to the back of my yard (holding my dd) that buts up to where it came from through the bushes i see my neighbors wife SCREAMING and all i see is a 10foot ladder and my neighbors feet up in the air (im getting chils just writing this) i swore to christ he was dead and i didnt know what to say. im a nurse andwas about to hop the fence to help but couldnt be cause of dd. my father went around the front to get the address since i dont know it off hand. my mother went to get my FIL who is a volunteer fireman... who mind you fell off an 18ft ladder 5 years ago. so he hopped the fence to check the man im on the phone with 911 talking to the operator... we get the ambulance to come and next thing i know...
i see their dog CHARGING MY FATHER!    i started SCREAMING my dad got bit once.. then he tried to push him away and he bit him again so my dad kicked him to get him off and the owner finally put him inside  so now im telling 911 to please send another amublance they asked if i was kidding?! NO STUPID WHY WOULD I JOKE ABOUT THIS!!!! all the while my poor dd is so upset and crying because were all yelling!
needless to say THANK THE LORD my father is ok and that i hadnt hopped the fence or it would have been me and the baby getting bit. Turns out this dog has been a problem before and the firemen knew about it and were telling us this isnt the first call they've gotten for a dog bite there the woman has a hair shop in her house and the dogs bit before. 
This has been an awful afternoon i really seriously thought this poor man was dead, ive seen dead bodies before but i just didnt know what was going on. i really just need a drink and a hot bath my poor father and this poor man.. What an awful way to meet your neighbors!

i will kelly i will have to see if i can run in to his wife to see how hes doing he seemed to be doing on maybe just a concussion. but im not sure. ill try and keep everyone posted thanks for the hugs

oh honey, I thought about you the rest of the afternoon! well, hopefully the rest of your day was fabulous  ...lol...like say meeting up with some wonderful mommy friends....ahhahahha! Glad you were able to help him, so sorry about your dad and hope he is ok!! (your neighbor too!)

Seriously...I was like shaking reading your post...you deserve the rest of the month in that hot bath! I certainly hope that your father is okay, and your neighbor...
what are they going to do with the dog??? Scary!
