Should I keep getting JHS or go back to curly? (PICS)
I've gotten JHS twice and will to a touch up again soon.
Would LOVE your honest opinion as to whether I should get JHS again or start the LONG process of growing it out.

it looks beautiful both ways to be honest!
What do you prefer? I have curly hair like you and I prefer it straight and would rather put a curling iron to it to get a curl rather than blowing it out to get it straight, kwim?
I used to get JHS for years and then switch to the BKT which I still do now.

I prefer it straight. My favorite look, ideally, is how my natural hair looks blown out straight, but I don't have the skill or patience to do that myself even once in a while nevermind everyday.
I'm concerned about damage from JHS. My hair gets tangled (BAD) very easily with JHS and I have some breakage underneath from hacking at it with a brush trying to get the tangles out. Now I use a little J&J no more tangles after I shower and that seems to help.
I would do BKT, but I'm concerned about the formaldehyde. Where do you get yours done?

yeah, I think it gets tangled easy with any type of straightening/defrissant you use.
You should try the BKT.. at least until the JHS grows out.
My JHS grew out but I'll be honest when I tell you that my hair didn't curl like it used to (may be due to having my 3 kids?)
I first got the BKT in Houston but now I do the BKT myself. It's very easy to do.
It will NOT make your hair pin straight but it'll get the frizz out and make it silky and smooth.

yeah.. To me that didn't bother me. I just wanted my hair straight lol

Christine your hair is so pretty  I actually prefer it straight but I might be biased because I have curly hair and it annoys the ever-loving ish out of me

i personally have never seen a pic of someone with JHS that looks natural. I have curly hair like you and I LOVE hae the option of going "either way" Days when I want to be very chic and funky I wear it curly and when I want to be conservative and polished I use a big barrel curling iron. Don;t do it!!!!
