I think they BOTH look great and honestly I rarely think either one looks good lately so this is a good photo, I actually think Gwyneth has been looking al ot better lately and I actually really like her dress! She looks young here as well!

From this picture, I would say that Kate definitely had a boob job. She's still not huge, but I think that wasn't her goal.
They both look good!

I do not love Gwen's dress but her hair & make up looks great.
Kate looks good. I agree that she does look like she had a boob job.
