Dr Scholls for women inserts?

I just saw the Stacy London commercial and was wondering if any of you have tried these.

I bought a new pair of heels that are very cute and seemed comfortable, so I wore them all night, but when I took them off I got blisters on the bottom of my feet (the front foot pads).

1. are these worth it?

2. do you need to go up a size if you use them?

3. do they stay in your shoe or can you move them from pair to pair?

I am not sure if I have the ones that Stacey London wears, but I have several different kinds and I love them.

The ones I have I think are one size.
