eluxury went out of business. You can only see/buy online from the LV website.

Re: Louis Vuitton Handbags

Word of advice... if you end up buying a bag, buy it from the store in the Americana and not from the one inside MACY's at Roosevelt Field. Even though LV's people work there, they are not nearly as nice. My guess is that they have a lot of people who walk in and NEVER buy. When you go into the store in Manhasset, they KNOW you are going to buy. I was treated poorly in MACY's and like a queen in Manhasset. Good luck and enjoy.

SAME EXACT THING happened to me.

You are so right.

And if you have any issues with the bag or need customer service it is much better at the actual store.

Also the one in Saks at Walt Whitman Mall is great. I had a few very good experiences there.

Yes. I am a child of retail where customer service meant EVERYTHING. When I bought my second piece, I sough out the person who sold to us the first time. She was lovely. She remembered us and didn't turn her nose up at the fact that I brought a toddler in there. I walked in without make up and looking like a slob. Nobody knows what you have in your pocket, but EVERY customer deserves to be treated as if they are buying the entire store. Remember, they serve YOU!

same thing at the Macy's in the city... I bet they have more window shoppers there though. I was alone, and not with a gaggle of girls like everyone else in there. They don't let you look or touch anything, and it's impossible to get a sales person to help you. And if you ask for help, they are rude rude rude. I was so turned off. I told myself I would never buy an LV after the experience.

yep not only that I went to get something repaired and they made me wait a LONG time to speak to someone b/c they were so busy and ended up telling me they had to send it to the lv store anyway. Chat Icon

I just read that as 10% of sales is being donated to Global Green USA

10% off would be Amazing!

I am in love with this!

It's not 10% off- it's that 10% of each sale will be donated to various Earth Day charities. LV never ever ever goes on sale.

Re: Louis Vuitton Handbags

I actually did okay at Roosevelt Field. They were nice to me but I saw some customers who were a bit rude, so I can see how they have to keep their guard up in that store.
