Ok so the appraisal was done on the home!!
Ok so the short sale we are buying some updates!!
The appraisal was done last Friday. It turns out the house is 2900 sq ft.
It appraised for $48,000 more then we are paying for it!! We are so happy to hear this news!!!
We could possibly close next Friday!!
Just wanted to post thanks ladies

im in contract for a house that is a shortsale as well and we are waiting for the appraisal..
IF the appraisal goes well, the closing is that soon?? we have no idea when to let our landlords know, they know were moving but not sure when...
