Anyone look like crap by the end of the day?
I swear, every morning I do a full face of make up for work and by mid afternoon I look like death. I dont know where my makeup goes or what happens.
What do you do, so you dont look like h-ell a few hours later, short of reapplying?
Add to this, growing out short, SHORT hair, which currently is making me look like Im rockin the Dorothy Hamil look and its a good time by mid-afternoon.

Yes, yes and yes. I don't really do much about it- too tired. But I have been wearing less makeup- less to slide off my face throughout the day. And I do reapply lipstick/gloss all day- it's a small thing but I think it makes a difference.

Glad I'm not the only one in growing out short hair hell at the moment. No advice but wanted to know your not alone

Started using an AVON face Primer called Magix & have to say my make up stays in place....
Im mentally burned out but my make up still looks good

YES!
I usually do a touch up after lunch- i bring some bronzer and some powder and my lip gloss and just reapply those.
It helps.
But if i have to go out after work I totally have to reapply.

Me too and its almost time to switch to my lighter summer moisturizer because it looks like the Exxon Valdez spilled on my face by the end of the day. Hot.

My makeup disappears by the middle of the day, by the end of the day my hair is a mess & I look like I've been through a battle.

yep...the only time I look half decent is if I reapply around 3pm or before I go out that night...

I wish I knew!! I look like heck about the same time. I re-apply and keep lip gloss in my desk.

yes.... but a little less so now that I bought eyeshadow primer! now my shadow stays on perfectly all day instead of disappearing/ending up underneath my eyes
i have a sample of foundation primer... i need to try that out. maybe it will keep my concealer from vanishing

I should maybe invest in some good bases.....but ahhh, my Dorothy Hamil....alas, there is nothing I can do about the horror that is sitting on my head right now!

Do you use face and eye primer? Makes a huge difference IMO, especially the eye primer.

I've always wondered this!
I usually do a bit of a touch up around 3ish if i happen to go into the bathroom at work and see the horror that my face has turned into.
Then I wonder why i don't see anyone else at work doing the same thing ?

Yes! I also tend to rest my hands on my face and rub my eyes when I'm stressed. So by the end of the day my makeup is done and under my eyes is very dry.

i was going there; by the end of the day? how about day, noon, afternoon, night?
growing out hair? well. let me tell ya. i stopped coloring over a year ago. tired of roots and all the bu!!s--- that goes along with dying. I dilligently cut an inch off a month, and i have about 1 inch of dye left in my hair at the ends but now I look like an OLD dorothy hamil with all my grey and a stupid a$$ bob. ugh i'm disgusted with myself! thought about getting a pro to teach me how to apply makeup because I end up looking likeImage Attachment(s):
