For me the only thing that helped at all was chewing on Big Red gum.

Gingerale, pretzels, sour candy--sour candy seems to be the best thing. Plus, don't let yourself get to a starving state-eat frequently.

Same here. I tried to eat very slowly and plainly. I drank ginger ale and lived on crackers.

Re: I know its been done prob. a million times but...
When I was able to eat, eating every hour or two definitely helped..my Dr. said never to let your tummy get empty and on days where I could get food or liquids down, this definitely helped! Even if its just something small..
Other things that helped a little were Sour Patch Kids, lemonde and ginger ale.
At first nothing seemed to help...and some days..it was so bad that really..nothing did help! I had really extreme nausea though, hopefully thie doesnt happen to you! Eventually it got so bad that I hardly kept anything down and was losing weight. My Dr. prescribed me Zofran, I was really hesitant to take anything but this was such a relief! I only took it a few times around my 12th week, so I'm not sure if it was just timing that was on my side...but now I have a bigger appetite than ever!
Feel better soon!

Re: I know its been done prob. a million times but...
UGH! I don't even want to think back to those days It helped me to eat little bits throughout the day (mostly fruit, crackers, nuts) and drink gingerale. Nothing really made it go away, but those things helped keep it under wraps a bit.

Re: I know its been done prob. a million times but...
Thanks everyone!! I think that I dont eat or drink enough. I should start bringing crackers/pretzels with me from now on. I was still having 3 meals a day but maybe frequent smaller meals is the answer!
