Can you recommend a powder that REALLY absorbs oil?

I am asking for my sister. She has terribly oily skin and on top of that, she has acne, which is getting getter with meds. I know she is super self-conscious, so I wanted to surprise her!

Any recs on an oil free foundation would be so great too!

Thank you ladies!Chat Icon

I was always partial to Revlon Colorstay for my oily skin and especially if I knew I was going to get sweaty (hitting the clubs in the summer, running, rowing, etc..)

And I used Make Up For Ever's Matte Loose Powder to set it.

The only thing that really controls my oil is Tease Zone by DermaDoctor. I put it on under makeup.

For foundation I use Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet. It's pretty good at keeping oil at bay, but it's better with the Tease Zone stuff.

In 20 years of wearing makeup, I've never found a powder good at controlling oil. I use MUFE's HD Microfinish powder just because I like the way it makes my skin look.
