UGHHHHH I have a teething monster on my hands!!!!

UGHHHHH I have a teething monster on my hands!!!!
DD is getting a bunch of teeth all in at once including some top molars..yesterday she barely napped, screamed through her morning nap and was just grumpy and awful for the rest of the day...she's doing the same thing...screaming right now...I gave in yesterday and got her bc DH was home and he hates to let her cry..but she NEEEEDS this nap..she woke up ULTRA early this am and she is tired!!!!
HELP..teething tablets do not seem to help her

So sorry! Mason is getting his two top teeth in and they're taking FOREVER.
Is she chewing on something cold? Maybe ice-cream would help.  
Well, it wouldn't hurt, but def won't help with getting her to nap.

Ugh! I'm so sorry, and poor little Chels!
Have you given her motrin? That seems to be the only thing that works for Samamtha.
During the day though, she was fine with anything cold to put in her mouth. Pieces of cold melon, ice cold water.

we're out of motrin...I was planning on getting it after her nap!!!
I feel so awful for her she's sooooo miserable...and in so much pain
