Rent with option to buy?
A few questions...
Someone asked if we'd consider this as an option and I'm not sure...
I've read that if rent for the place is X, in an option to buy case you charge X + premium. Does just that premium go towards their eventual down payment/getting it knocked off purchase price, or does the whole X+premium amount go towards that?
I'm just trying to see if that makes sense for us. Has anyone ever done it? Pros? Cons?
