My oil bill went down!!!!
I do budget and pay every month. I got my new bill for April 2010-April 2011 and it went down $33/month--

We haven't gotten our new statement yet but we know the same is happening to us - we were so far under budget last year that two months AND our service contract were paid by the overage!
