Need stroller recs for Disney (in Cali)
We are going to visit my sister in July in Cali. We are of course going to Disney. What is a good light weight stroller to have? He will be 2 years old at the time (that is crazy I am saying that)
I just have my Graco travel system and I dont want to take that. Plus I dont like the fact that even when he is sitting up all the way, he cant reach the snack tray (unless there is some kind of position I cannot figure out how to get the stroller into..)
I like that the basket is big. I would like it to recline pretty far back and I would "like" to be able to put my diaper bag over the handles because souvenirs will be filling up the basket! lol
We have done Disney in Cali before but Seamus was 4 months old and I took his carr seat and the snap and go with us. He is now much bigger!
Im looking to spend around 100-120 or so. I have a $50 credit at BBB and with a coupon (on some brands) I wont have to spend much
TIA

I bought my Combi for traveling. You could hang a diaper bag while DS is in the stroller, but it will probably tip when DS gets out. I got my Combi when DS was 10 months and we've used it up until now. Our next trip he will be 3.5 and I don't think we'll bring a stroller at all. The baby will be in the snap and go this trip and then we'll start using the Combi for him on future trips.

Re: Need stroller recs for Disney (in Cali)
I used my Ingelsina swift in Disney FL when DS was 22 months.
The basket is ample for an umbrella, I also bought an organizer that slips over the handles to keep cups, maps, sunglasses etc. It reclines in 3 positions, not completely flat but more than enough for a toddler. Its lightweight, I can fold it, and put it in the trunk of my car with one hand while holding my 40 lb 2 year old and I am NOT in shape at all I think it was approx $120 when I got it (july 08) at BBB
ETA: I always hang my diaper bag on the back and it rarely tips, only when I truly overload it.

I just bought the Graco umbrella stroller that was on sale at Target....it is neutral, reclines, and has a basket underneath. I replaced the big bulky stroller I used to have in my vehicle. I love it and DS sleep good in it!!!

I just bought the graco LiteRider for DS who is 2.5 to use when we go to hershey. Its like 89.00 or so at BRU. Has all of the features of a full size without the weight or the bulk. LOVE IT!
