Hair thinning

I sware I will be bald by the time I have my 2nd child!! My hair has always been thin. But after I stopped BF'ing DS, it began coming out in clumps!! It has slowed down but it is so thin.
Anything I can do? I have been taking Biotin for months and it's not doing anything.
Any products I can use?

TIA

Re: Hair thinning

hair stylist here... i would check your iron and thyroid levels first.
many of my clients stay on prenatals for a long time and add biotin and fish oils.

as far as products..... i havent found anything that makes hair grow thicker...its all about what we eat etc.
and vitamins.

but using very hydrating shampoos and conditioners do make a dif after a while....good luck!

Have you gotten your hormone levels checked? I also have always had thin hair and after my 2nd was born I was really thinning on topChat Icon I ended up going to a dermatolgist in Garden City who specializes in hair who put me on vitamins, etc. and in 4 mos my hair has improved so much. Let me know if you want his info.
