I normally carry diaper trash bags and/or ask them for a bag then ask the owner where would they like me to throw it? and I expect the same respect back.

No! I would most likely ask for a plastic shopping type bag to tie it up in, and then put it in the regular trash. Or put it in the outside trash. Or ask them where I should put it.

Same here. I always throw them into a scented bag adn ask. Even if we're out at to eat, stopping by work or whatever(the bag that is in public I throw in trash once in the bag). I would never throw it right into the trash. I'm spoiled with the diaper genie so I would not make somebody else smell my dd's poo.

I also use the scented bags and would them ask what they want me to do with it. I would never just leave it in a trash can (unless directed to)!!

I ask the person what they want me to do with it, but I offer to tie it up in a plastic bag and bring it outside. At my mom's, we usually dump the poop into the toilet and flush it.

Only had to do it at my parents house but I tie it in a bag and bring it to the outside garbage. I would do the same at anyone's house, that's what I do at my own.

 Now I feel guilty. I was just at a friends house and threw it away in the kitchen garbage w/o even THINKING of asking them what they prefer. I didn't put it in a bag or anything. YIKES! I do wrap up the diaper pretty good so that you can't "see" any poop, but still. I feel bad now. Oh well, rookie FTM move....

I have scented bags. I bought one pack of them and haven't even finished them. I only really use it for this purpose. I always ask where they want me to throw. Usually the kitchen since that gets emptied the most often.

I carry around blue scented disposable bags for the poopy diapers. I ask where they want me to throw it out.

Depends on whether or not they have kids. If it's not obvious (as in a diaper pail sitting next to a changing table) I ask what my host would like me to do with it.

i carry the disposalbe bags in my diaper bag so i toss it in that, tie it up and ask the person if its ok to put in their regular trash.
so far we've only been at relatives house and they just toss it in their kitchen garbage.
im figuring someone did this to you...thats gross and wrong!

I bring it out with me and ask the host what they'd like me to do with it. Usually they prefer an outside garbage can although if it's a party and the kitchen garbage is being emptied often they put it in there.
