Im in need of teacups and saucers.....again
Thought I would post this again. Im still like 50 sets away from having enough ha ha. I dont wanna post what this is for but Ill tell you in FM. Does anyone have any stray teacups and saucers from whatever that they want to part with? They have to look new and have a matching saucer. Im looking for all different colors and shapes. They just need to be teacup size and not espresso size. Thought I would give it another try!!!!!

Thrift shops almost always have some for very little. Try calling a few. 50 sets? Are you opening a tea shop? If so, great! I love them.

Agreed. Also maybe check out listings for estate sales/garage/yard sales.

all my fancy tea cups are being used as decor (i LOVE the patterns) anyway i would do the vintage/salvation army hunt. Cheapies typically and you get great stuff especially if u don't mind a tiny chip.

i was just at a tag sale in wantagh (brent drive i think) i thought of you. they had a BUNCH! their prices were a little high on other things, but search craigslist for tag sale in wantagh (if you are near) and go! you'll get a bunch, they had some really interesting ones too..

I have NEVER thought to look on craiglist for tag sale listings. Thats a great Idea. I didnt know people having garage sales listed them on craigslist. What a dope I am ha ha Thanks!!!

What and where are estate sales? I mean I know what estate sales are but do they have them like tag sales or something like that? I have never been to an estate sale. how do you find them?

a friend's bridal shower was tea party themed - the favors were cups and saucers in all different patterns. Her mom found a lot of them at estate sales, yard sales, tag sales out east, but the rest came from homegoods. It was adorable!
