how large do you like your earrings? That's too large for me.
you may have to go to macy's or something like that to try them on. For some people, pearl studs can be too heavy and flop the earlobe a funny way. You can really only get the right size by trying on

I believe that's what my pearl studs are and they're prefect for me, but I'm also 6'1".

Mine are 7.5mm and quite honestly they are too big. I never wear them and I am too sad to tell my poor DH that I need smaller ones.

5-6mm is a nice size for everyday wear.
At my wedding I gave my BM's pearl studs that were 7.5-8mm. They are big but looked classic and great with the dresses.

I think that's what mine are. I inherited them, so I'm not sure, but I just attempted to measure.
I like them & wear them for everyday, but they are big enough that they stand out.
I have a big face, so I like a bigger earing. They might be overpowering on a more delicate face.

I usually go smaller. But I also prefer my earrings to be smaller in general. I would go to a jewelry store and compare different sizes next to your face - everyone has a different face shape and what looks great on me might not work for you, and vice versa.
