I have two. In college on a bus, there was a man JO. An old lady next to him kept giving him dirty looks.

I saw a guy in a car lifting a dumbell with one hand and everytime the car stopped he switched hands.

I watched a woman apply mascara for 20 minutes straight. She only paused when she switched eyes.

well on my commute home one day, driving on ocean parkway, there was a man getting a BJ from his women. he was driving. partially in my lane. i was not pleased.

My dental hygienist told me he flosses his teeth when he drives to work. So that's an odd one! Personally, I haven't seen any strange things since my commute is on foot. I did see a car accident once

Oh, one cute thing I did see was outside a restaurant I pass by each morning. There were fliers for "free chicken", and a bunch of chicken wings on the ground. A ton of birds were eating them. Somehow, I don't think that is what they meant by free chicken!

I live in a college town, so food and trash on the ground is par for the course In this case it just happened to be cute.

Not on my commute but on my way down to DC...

two guys standing next to their broken down car in the center meridian of the NJ Turnpike...playing golf. Talk about making the best of a situation

and

the world's greatest air drummer driving to what had to have been the greatest drum solo ever played.

Given that I commute via subway every day, I would expect to see lots of crazy stuff but I don't.

Things I have seen:

1) Two teenage guys get on the train and are sort of dressed like thugs. Then they pull out two violins and play literally the most beautiful music I have ever heard. People were throwing money at them they were so good.

2) I was on the walking part of my commute about 3 years ago and walked right INTO a drug bust. I have no idea how I didn't see it until I was standing next to a cop with a handcuffed guy on the ground. And like the jaded NY-er I am, I just walked around them.

3) A woman on the subway dressed in head to toe fur. And I really needed to sit down, and the only empty seat was next to her.

This is really gross, but one time I saw this woman eating an apple on the bus, but she was chewing up pieces of it and then spitting it into a napkin. I saw all of it as I got up to exit at my stop.

I routinely see a man on the 4 or 5 train, who does not appear homeless, but wears no shoes. He rolls up his pant legs like he is going wading & gets off at Wall Street.

His feet are surpsingly clean.

Once on the L, I was a bunch of people all wearign bunny ears & one guy wearing a shirt made of metro cards. It

I see fights all the time & I believe once the man sitting next to me was pleasuring himself.

A full fledge drug bust on my train. The while train was evacuated except for my car.

About 20 cops in full riot gear surrounded this guy who happend to be sitting.....

I once saw a man on the LIE driving next to me and READING A BOOK. While driving. Not a map. A book, like a paperback.

Another time I was driving across the 59th St Bridge into Manhattan and I saw a man and woman doing the deed while he was driving....

finger nail clippings flying about the train. And I once saw a disheveled woman blowing snot rockets on the seat. The conductor made her clean it up with a piece of someone's newspaper. Hence, the reason I had a short-lived career in nyc. God, I hated that LIRR everyday.

Nothing THAT crazy during my commute (I have a short walk to work) although I did see a man peeing on a tall planter on the side of 6th ave. What made it extra strange was the fact that a tourist was taking a pic of the man on his iphone

On his way home from work Friday my DH saw a man with drawn on eyebrows go to the bathroom after they checked tickets, and come out with a wig, makeup and dressed in a large fishnet body stocking.

Out and about generally, I've also seen the "missile d i c k chicks" (google them) on the subway a few years ago and DH and I stumbled across "Santacon" not knowing what it was. I've also had a "life coach" come on my subway car and start lecturing us
