What type of LAyout are you doing downstairs and up? Are you doing 3 or 4 bedrooms? Master suite?
We did 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a laundry room....

We did 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a laundry room....
main level: LR/DR/Kitchen/Den/ bathroom and office
second floor: master bedroom suite with sitting area and bathroom, 3 other bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom.

That's going to look a lot like my house when it's done. We are just doing three bedrooms upstairs though (three larger bedrooms). So we have the single reverse gable on the right. But we also have that double style gable on the left like you do. The smallest bedroom upstairs will be bigger than my current master downstairs. LOL By a lot too. Our master suite will be huge with a huge sitting room like yours. Also will have a master bath upstairs, general bath for the kids, and a laundry room.
We are keeping a fourth small bedroom downstairs. Mainly just in case I have to take in either my dad or my inlaws down the road, I don't want them to have to deal with stairs. It's more like an office though since we are removing the closet.
I don't expect mine to be done until the fall though. We haven't even applied for the permit yet, mainly because I have been taking my time with the design. Should be applying soon though, maybe in two weeks.
Your house looks fantastic!
