Anyone watch the Ellen Degeneres show?
I started DVR'ing it a few weeks ago and I'm totally hooked. Some of the guests are boring (Randy Jackson yesterday blah) but I saw a clip of what she did to Dennis Quaid... Went and found the full videos on her website and laughed my @ss off!
I'm amazed at what she does to her guests sometimes and how funny it is. I stopped DVR'ing Oprah and I'm sticking to Ellen from now on. Even if she doesn't have guests I want to see, I watch it anyway.
Anyone else?

I have been watching Ellen for years so maybe thats why I have been a little bored with the show lately... but I still think she is sooo funny!

I LOVE her show! I sometimes FF through guests I don't want to see. But I love everything about the show - the videos and games she plays are hysterical.
Wait till you see her scare her guests! You Tube Taylor Swift and Jimmy Kimmel getting scared, they were the funniest ones!

Even the guests I find boring, she makes their interviews hysterical also.

i love her and watch her almost every day. everytime she show the Dennis Quaid skit I laugh hysterically. I think I have seen it a gazillion times.
Well, actually there are 2. One when she sends him into starbucks, then another when he is a guest on her show and the delivery man delivers his food to his dressing room. Hysterical!

DENNIS QUAID IS HUNGRY!  Do I look pretty?
The guy who is her assistant or whatever came out in a full olympic spandex bodysuit yesterday, I almost peed.
I think the difference with her show is that she always has an open, friendly, and funny atmosphere about it. Does she ever do serious subjects at all?
I tried Oprah too but saw her be snippy with a woman who was a Geisha and it just turned me off. I stopped DVR'ing it since the show is ending anyway.

I LOVE Ellen  My DS loves her too and has since I became addicted on maternity leave. She's also sending my brother on a cruise to the Caribbean which I think makes her pretty awesome too

I don't watch the show regularly, but my girlfriend DVRs and watches it daily. She won a contest where she was flown to LA to be on the show (she sat in the chair alongside Ellen) and won a crapload of gifts! All the gifts she gives way for the 12 days of Christmas...I think.

One of my best friends lives in L.A. and worked on the show for a couple of years. He even won an Emmy as part of the production team. Anyway, he says that Ellen is awesome in person; really great to work for, sweet and funny. Also, he says that she and Portia are totally cute and have a real, down-to-earth relationship.
Just thought I'd share because it's always nice to hear that celebs who seem cool really are in person.

What?! How did that happen???
He's FDNY and saved a little boy in the Bronx back in October with the help of a civilian. She wanted them both on the show but only the civillian went (my brother didnt feel right going bc he was just doing his job). Ellen decided to send them both on a cruise She's awesome!

She's so funny! I love her show. Last year I got out of work early, so I was able to watch it most afternoons. But now I work late & haven't seen it in a while. I miss it!
