How are you getting by with three others to worry about?

I don't but my sister does.
They are:
8 yrs
4 yrs
3 yrs
1 yr
She is a SAHM - they are a handful but she loves every minute of it. They are all extremely close and the 8 yr old helps out a bit with the younger ones.
