so the apprisal is in.....
I was so nervous about this, I don't know why, maybe because nothing went as planned with this house, and all the comps I pulled weren't as good as I hoped and the bank had mentioned they usually only apprise it for your contract price
but its 33K MORE then what we are buying it for!!!! 
And the bank emailed me and said they may be moving the closing sooner!!! We were thinking it was still March 15  I have so much left to pack!!

you know, I feel like it was just her way of letting me know she is with me. So it doesn't have to be that date but now I know she's with me if that makes sense I would have loved it to be that date(and it might still be) just so that that day isn't a sad memory anymore it would be a happy one, but I'm actually buying a house, its starting to feel real!!

Congrats Heather! That is awesome! either way, you know she is with you. maybe this was her doing so that you could move in sooner. her little gift to you. either way it's awesome that you will be buying this house. Lots of luck with the rest of this process. You are almost there.
