Ok so I have looked at 27 homes and this one just caught my eye
yes.. i have actually gone out and SEEN 27homes so far.
12 more scheduled for tomorrow.. there's been hits and misses and one front runner but then i saw this on my MLS updated list and OMG i soooooooooooo want to see it
Its so funky I just had to share:
MLS 821849
believe it or not.. it rents for what I paid in NY $1400! hahaha
I have never been this excited to see a house.
ETA: at the price its selling for, including taxes and insurance it mortgages for around $1100

I love it too! I love the archway separating the kitchen and living room. Looks lovely! Let us know how it goes!

That house looks AWESOME and I cannot believe the price, that is unbelievable to me.
To think of the type of house we could have bought in that area for what we just paid for a house on Long Island
Hope you love it when you go to see it

Gorgeous house! It's funny- my first thought was... "why is she advertising this house she wants to see and potentially building competition if other people on the board go see it too?!" then I realized it's in Texas!
Good luck!!!!!!!
