BTDT moms...baby food
Has anyone used the BEABA Babycook Baby Food Maker. Just wondering if it's worth the investment.
Im gonna cross post to parentingboard as well.

i've heard unless you get it for a great deal, it negates the savings of making your own baby food-you can steam the items and put it in the food processor.

with my DD I picked up a magic bullet from BJs and used that... it was super easy... you can also use a blender, food processor... whatever... i just found the magic bullet easier to clean!

I am not a BTDT mom but I just took a class at the library on making your own baby food. The instructor told us she too uses the magic bullet. I think when you get into making big batches it would be easier just to steam and puree it on you own.

I'm not BTDT but 2 BTDT moms I am close with LOVE it so I registered for it and a cookbook as well. My sil got it for me as a part of a whole "feeding" basket and I'm looking forward to using it. My mom friends said they don't always necessarily cook a separate big batch of something for the baby (although they do that a lot too and freeze in those little cubes) sometimes they just toss whatever they're eating themselves into it (within reason obviously, lol).

Never made baby food in it but I LOVE the Magic Bullet.
Easy to use, easy to clean, doesn't take up a lot of space.
I would imagine making baby food in it would be great too.
